CLASSIC, Plus and Charge model Setup
Important - Please Read
The Charge model operates the exact same way as the Classic and Plus models as far as setup and operation. You can view the video and expanded instructions below and apply it to the Charge model. The only operational difference is that the Charge model has a built in rechargeable lithium battery that cannot be removed or replaced. So when following the instructions below, ignore the part where it say to replace the AAA battery with a brand new one before rebooting. With the Charge model, simply charge the timer first and then attempt a reboot by using a pen to push the REBOOT hole on the side of the timer.
Never remove the back of any model of timer by using a screwdriver to remove the screws. There will never be any reason to do that. Doing so will void the warranty.

1 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects and will repair or replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal use for the period of one year from the date of purchase. The timers are made for personal use. If you choose to use the timers in a commerical setting this will invalidate the warranty and replacements will not be guaraanteed. Classic or miniMAX model timers that have been exposed to excess moisture, submerged in water, or used in steam rooms or hot yoga rooms are not covered under this warranty.
First insert a new battery in the timer, not a used battery from another gadget, preferably an Energizer or Duracell. If a new battery does not resolve the issue, REBOOT the timer, by using a pen to push the reboot button on the side of the timer. If this does not resolve your problem, please review the Return/Replacement Procedure below.

Before returning your timer try the troubleshooting steps above as 90% of returns are cured with a brand new battery and timer REBOOT.
