If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Gymboss timer within 30 days of receipt, please return to us for a 100% refund of your item’s purchase price. Please include the invoice number or purchase information including, address, e-mail address, and phone number. Please note we do not refund the shipping cost.


1 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

This warranty covers defects in workmanship for a Gymboss timer under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or any form of commercial use. Proof of purchase from us, either directly from this website or from our Amazon listings (seller – Gymboss Timers (USA store), Gymboss EU (EU stores), Gymboss Canada (Canada store)) is required for warranty service. Purchases from other sellers, whether it be on Amazon, EBay or any other website does not apply for this warranty. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


To exercise a defective product warranty you must contact us first at sales@gymboss.com. Customers must return the product to us at their expense, including the proof of purchase order number and a description of the defect. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If it is found to be defective due to workmanship, we will replace it at no additional cost. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a replacement.


TROUBLESHOOTING

First insert a new battery in the timer, not a used battery from another gadget, preferably an Energizer or Duracell. If a new battery does not resolve the issue, REBOOT the timer, by using a pen to push the reboot button on the side of the timer. If this does not resolve your problem, please review the Return/Replacement Procedure below.

Before returning your timer try the troubleshooting steps above as 90% of returns are cured with a brand new battery and timer REBOOT.

All returns and replacements from purchases made here on gymboss.com require return authorization, before posting items back to us in the mail. 

FOR GYMBOSS.COM PURCHASES ONLY – Please email us at sales@gymboss.com to request your return authorization. We strive to respond to all return and replacement requests within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.

IF PURCHASED ON AMAZON OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE, please make contact via the following avenues:
AMAZON PURCHASES – Directly through your Amazon account only. NOTE – Items must be purchased from our Amazon selling accounts, which are “Gymboss Timers” in the USA, “Gymboss EU” on the EU Amazon websites, and “Gymboss Canada” on Amazon Canada. We cannot look up orders purchased from any other seller on Amazon or provide replacements for items purchased from other sellers. Also, we must have your Amazon Order # to look up your order, we cannot search by name for orders from Amazon. It is literally not possible. Simply go into your Amazon Orders section and retrieve (copy and paste works best) your Amazon Order # and include that in your email to us. Or, simply use the contact seller button in your Amazon account.

OTHER STORES EITHER ONLINE OR PHYSICAL STORE PURCHASES – Directly through the store the items were purchased from, they are responsible for your replacement. We do not replace timers purchased from other people or stores or on any other websites.
