Stretching

Stretching is one of the most important parts of any training program. Many people skip it or don’t hold stretches long enough. The small vibration of the Classic Gymboss and the miniMAX keep you accountable for full stretch sessions before and after workouts. Doing 10 stretches for 30 seconds each only takes 5 minutes – timing it prevents interruptions and distractions so you know you are truly getting the most out of your workout.

Not stretching often or for long enough can have an adverse effect on how you look, feel, and perform. Too little stretching can undo many of the benefits of your healthy eating and exercise program. Short, tight muscles affect you in several ways. Continue reading →

Stretching. That one thing that everyone know they should be doing, but somehow the one thing we all seem to never do. Why is that? I figure it's two-part. First many times we feel we just don't have the time. And second, perhaps it is because sometimes we just don't know what stretches we should be doing. Continue reading →
