Classic Gymboss timers and miniMAX timers are made to keep your HIIT workouts efficient and effective. Both timers can be set for two intervals (2 seconds to 99 minutes), and rounds or repeats up to 99 times. The miniMAX allows programming up to 25 different intervals for interval ladders to increase the length of work and decrease the length of recovery during a workout. At the end of each interval, Gymboss vibrates or beeps to let you know when it is time to work or rest – no more watching the clock!
