    Here is an interesting take on pizza that I found in a cookbook from Sweden! I was intrigued by the unique concept of this recipe and decided to give it a try. The following is my "kinda healthy" version of an all time favorite food! There is no tomato sauce and some of the cheese is swapped out with plain Greek yogurt and egg yolks. Using a pre-made pizza crust, bagged broccoli slaw, and already cooked bacon pieces really cuts down on the prep time. It can be easily put together in 15 minutes and on the table in 30.
