Do anywhere tabata circuit workout

Everybody is busy. With Tabata interval training you can get a great full body workout in a short amount of time. This 4 minute circuit is great for two reasons. First you will get you a great total body workout.

And second all of this can be done without any weights, making a perfect option for a challenging workout that can be done anywhere. A great option for keeping your workouts up while traveling. All you need is some ambition and a Gymboss timer!

Tabata Circuit

Burpees
Plank
High Knees
Jumping Jacks
Push-Ups
Squats
Mountain Climbers
Lunges

Perform each exercise for 20 sec, rest 10 sec, then perform the next exercise, rest 10 sec, etc, until all 8 moves have been completed.

Then, rest 1 - 2 minutes and repeat the circuit 2 more times.

Set up you Gymboss timer, which is the perfect tabata timer, to look like this:
